I would quote Warren Buffett 'Turnaround seldom turns'. Banking is more about DNA, it's very hard to switch from bad to good lender.

Indiabulls in it peak days used to charge certain expenses directly to Reserves and Surplus bypassing P&L statement.

On the question of investors. Plutus wealth has been increasing their stake and infact they bought 1% today - https://x.com/bigbulldeals/status/1750559470252646737 however why the company is calling PP shares pending money ahead of time is puzzling. Do you have any thoughts on the same? A sale or hiding some really bad NPA's.

That's right Ankit. However, I don't know their Investment Philosophy therefore at this point, I cannot say it is a meaningful signal for me at least.

Finally my two questions:-

Why govt bodies given clean chit after audit on books ? If I am not wrong even external auditors also audited the books

Why a investor like plutus invest worth of Rs 1300 crore ? Are they not have more info than us ?

I had written several letters to rbi sebi ibul to remove madarchod Gagan

Hi Prabhu. If Plutus has more information than us, too bad for us cause we don’t know what they know. I’m comfortable with that. But because I don’t know I will be happy not partaking in whatever is coming for Indiabulls, good or bad.

What I will not do, most of the times is take a bet because some PE or Fund is buying. We don’t know their thought process, their holding period, their required return etc so I will ignore what Plutus is doing. Hell, I don’t even their investing style or methodology.
